P1 and P2 Prototypes of the CGCI system are built to validate the concept and solve scalability issues.

The CGCI – P1 was the first prototype to measure baseline magnetic field density “pole to pole” in a two-dimensional environment. It was four inches in size and featured four magnetic coils. Each of the coils measured 2″ in diameter. The prototype utilized 120-volt power and output a 500 Gauss magnetic field.

The CGCI – P2 was the second prototype and was built to measure magnetic field density at the center focal point of coils in a three-dimensional environment. The resulting data allowed for additional scalability issues associated with building CGCI to be solved. The prototype was four inches in size and utilized six two-inch magnetic coils that each output a 500 Gauss magnetic field.
